Buckhorn Introduces 4 New Straight Wall Containers In 2 Styles
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: April 8, 2002-Buckhorn has added four new containers to its Straight Wall System, creating additional options to maximize container space usage and increase efficiency. The Buckhorn Straight Wall Containers are a complete line of injection molded modular containers with matching pallets and top caps - ideal for parts shipping, in-process
handling, and storage in automotive, appliance, and other manufacturing applications.
The new containers include 15" x 12" x 8", 24" x 15" x 4", 24" x 15" x 7.5", and 24" x 15" x 11" sizes, bringing a total of 15 containers to the Straight Wall family. These four containers feature a perimeter dust skirt to protect contents from contaminants for additional product protection. The containers stack and interwork with Buckhorn's other Straight Wall containers, perfectly cubing 48" x 45" and 48" x 40" pallets to maximize space usage from pallet to trailer to production line.
The containers are also available in Cross Cube bottom style. This reinforced bottom allows mixed stacking of larger and smaller containers to optimize pallet space with vertically modular loads. The containers also improve line space usage and efficiency with sequencing of parts by usage.
Buckhorn Straight Wall containers feature straight, solid interior walls for optimal product protection. Reinforced corner ribbing provides rigid column strength for secure stacking. Ergonomic handles allow easy lifting. Options include identification systems, drain holes, and lids with security tie holes. Containers are compatible with automated handling systems. Custom dunnage design is also available.
