Enclosed Track System carries monorails.
May 1, 2002 - KBK Alu systems can suspend monorails and suspension cranes. Made from anodized, corrosion resistant aluminum, high load bearing track sections are available in 120 and 180 sizes: 120 has weight capacity of 750 lb while 180 has weight capacity of 1500 lb, both with 10 feet between hanger supports. Both sizes have grooves for fitting accessories to top of rack.

Demag Introduces KBK ALU Enclosed Track System
April 2002, Solon, OH - Demag Cranes and Components Corporation introduces the new Demag KBK Alu Enclosed Track System designed for the construction of suspension of monorails and suspension cranes. The Demag KBK Enclosed Track System features light weight aluminum and high load bearing track sections available in 120 and 180 sizes. Designed as extension of the current Demag KBK System, the KBK Alu Enclosed Track System 120 fits in between KBK I and KBK II-L while the KBK Alu Enclosed Track System 180 fits in between KBK II-L and KBK II.
The Demag KBK Alu Enclosed Track System 120 has weight capacity of 750 lbs. with 10 feet between hanger supports. The Demag KBK Alu Enclosed Track System 180 has a weight capacity of 1500 lbs. with 10 feet between hanger supports. Both sizes of the Demag KBK Alu Enclosed Tack Systems features high load capacity with low weight for ease of motion, low headroom, grooves for fitting accessories to the top of the rack and simple installation. The Demag KBK Alu Enclosed Track System is resistant to corrosion and is anodized. The visually pleasing aesthetic design of the Demag KBK Alu Enclosed Track System is complemented by the high rigidity of the track sections that are a prerequisite for any ergonomic system.
