Load Cell suits hostile weighing environments.

April 29, 2002 - SM2PZ is hermetically sealed against moisture and has dual shielded cable. Two sense wires feed back voltage reaching load cell. Complete compensation of changes in lead resistance due to temperature change or cable extension is achieved by feeding voltage into appropriate electronics. SM2PZ features capacities from 500 kg to 5 t and total error band of 0.02% FS. It is suitable for use in hoppers, feeders, and force measurement applications.

Load Cell SM2PZ

Load cell SM2PZ is specially designed for today's hostile weighing environment. Its all welded sealing combined with high accuracy, make this load cell very well suited for hoppers, feeders, conveyors using traction mounting mode and force
measurement applications.

Hermetically sealed against moisture, the construction of the model SM2PZ combined, with dual shielded cable enables this load cell to function in harsh environments whilst maintaining its operating specifications. It is approved according to R60 from OIML, up to 3000 divisions with R60/1991-GB-00-06 reference.

The two additional sense wires feed back the voltage reaching the load cell. Complete compensation of changes in lead resistance due to temperature change and/or cable extension, is achieved by feeding this voltage into the appropriate electronics.

Welded hermetically sealed stainless steel "S" type load cell

- Capacities from 500 kg to 5 t.
- Total error band: 0,02% full scale.
- Highly protected: IP68.
- For use in tension and compression.
- 6 wire (sense) circuit.
- OIMS and Eex ia approved.
