The Kalamazoo AH9AW Horizontal Wet Cutting Band Saw, from Clausing Industrial, is designed for wet cutting round and rectangular stock at any angle from 90° to 45°, with variable band speed from 62-390 fpm. Cutting capacity at 90° is 9" round and 8" x 13" rectangular. Cutting capacity at 45° is 8" round and 8" x 8". The saw features a quick set-up swivel vise with 16" maximum opening, variable speed drive, an enclosed oil bath gear box, quick and easy blade installation, a rotary wire brush that removes chips to help increase blade life, and a gravity feed head controlled by counterbalance springs working with a hydraulic cylinder to ensure constant feed pressure on the blade. The saw is equipped with a 2 HP motor, 14" diameter band wheel and a 1" x .035" x 10', 10-1/2" blade.
