Hotwork Ejector Pins Feature Super Hard Surface

A line of close tolerance hotwork ejector pins that are fully hardened throughout and feature an ion nitrided surface for greater wear resistance, making them ideally suited for casting and molding applications, is available from Royal Diversified Products, Inc. of Warren, Rhode Island.

Royal(R) KNIGHTRIDE(TM) Series Hotwork Ejector Pins are precision ground to a 5-10 RMS surface finish and 0.0003" tolerance from H-13 thermal shock resistant hotwork die steel with the heads hot forged and stress relieved. Featuring the core hardened throughout to 41-45 Rc and super hard surfaces ion nitrided to 65-74 RC, these pins are designed to reduce friction and last longer than conventional nitrided pins, without nicking and flaking.

Available in fractional inch sizes including .005" oversize and letter size diameters, Royal(R) KNIGHTRIDE(TM) Series Hotwork Ejector Pins can be supplied in straight and shoulder styles and lengths from 4" to 36". Metric sizes and ejector sleeves, nitrided on the O.D. and I.D. are also offered.

Royal(R) KNIGHTRIDE(TM) Series Hotwork Ejector Pins are priced according to size, style and quantity. Literature is available upon request.
