Mold Release Coating suits difficult molding applications.

April 19, 2002 - Water-based Frekote(R) Aqualine R-550, when properly applied to preheated surface, chemically bonds to mold surface to form thin, inert, thermally stable coating capable of releasing all natural and synthetic polymers except silicone elastomers. Non-hazardous R-550 offers low mold buildup and is environmentally friendly, formulated with very low levels of VOCs. It cures instantly when applied at 150 deg C, and in 25 min at 60 deg C.
