Coaxial Connector will not vibrate loose.

April 17, 2002 - Series 1.0/2.3 coaxial connector interface delivers RF performance in switching equipment operating at frequencies up to 4 GHz. Its push-pull coupling mechanism allows installation and de-coupling, and will not accidentally disconnect. These 50 ohm connectors have working voltage ratings of 250 Vrms and dielectric withstanding voltage rating of 750 Vrms. Straight and right angle connectors have VSWR of 1.3 (max) and 1.5 (max), respectively.

RF Connectors Releases New 1.0/2.3 Connector Series

The 1.0/2.3 coaxial connector interface is an effective way to save space in electronic assemblies. Designed per CECC 2230 and D1N47247, this connector series delivers quality RF performance in telecommunications applications, especially in high-speed switching equipment operating at frequencies up to 4 GHz. The push-pull 1.0/2.3 coupling mechanism allows quick installation and de-coupling, yet will not vibrate loose or accidentally disconnect. Because there are no threads, cross-threading problems are eliminated and connectors can be more densely packed on PCB's and panels. All 1.0/2.3, 50 ohm connectors have a working voltage rating of 250 VRMS maximum at sea level and a dielectric withstanding voltage rating of 750 VRMS minimum at sea level. Straight connectors have a VSWR of 1.3 maximum and right angle connectors have a VSWR of 1.5 maximum.

The RF Connectors line of 1.0/2.3 connectors addresses board applications by offering both the RF123-7350-1, vertical and the RF123-7300-1, right angle, bulkhead PCB mount jacks. For terminating flexible RG-174/U and RG-316/U single and double-shielded cables, the series includes: RF123-7050-1B, straight crimp jacks, PF123-7052-1B, bulkhead jacks with double D flats and solder pots, RF123-7000-B snap-on plugs for most secure coupling, RF123-7000-B-03 push-on plugs for moderate retention and RF123-7001-B slide-on plugs for quickest mating. Jacks feature gold-plated brass bodies, plugs have nickel-plated bodies. All have gold-plated contacts and TeflonŽ insulation.
