FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - SOLON, Ohio, March 21, 2002 - The new CADDY AR812 positions electrical and mechanical services cable in the center of metal stud to easily comply with NEC 300-4(d). The AR812 supports a range of pipe and cable sizes, which eliminates the need to stock multiple products.
The AR812 also provides anti-rattle support and protects conduit, pipe and MC/AC cable from the metal stud edges and penetrating nails or screws. The one-piece spring steel design eliminiates the need for screws and is more lightweight than riveted assemblies. Just snap in conduit, pipe or MC/AC - there's no need to close the clip. They are UL listed for positioning only on electrical applications.
