Manchester/OTM Line Of Drills

March, 2002

Wapakoneta, Ohio.....Manchester/OTM offers a diverse line of standard and special indexable drills for the machine tool market, featuring HOLESHOT(TM) Indexable Drills, STINGER(TM) Small Diameter Drills and COREMASTER(TM) Core Drills.

HOLESHOT(TM) Indexable Drills, large drills with patented multiple phasing, require less horsepower. HOLESHOT(TM) offers cutting stability along with superior chip control and good surface finishes. Able to drill stacked or welded assemblies with ease, HOLESHOT(TM) Drills are available in two insert sizes.

Affordable STINGER(TM) Small Diameter Drills require flood coolant only and in some cases cut dry. STINGER(TM) drills consistently, even on low horsepower machines. This small diameter drill is quick and quiet with a smooth chip flow.

COREMASTER(TM) Core Drills are designed to be more efficient and effective than conventional core drills, cutting freely at high speeds. With COREMASTER(TM), a cored hole can be straightened in one pass and the need for a finish pass is eliminated.

Manchester/OTM also offers cost-competitive special drills. With reduced lead times, Manchester/OTM delivers specials quickly and cost-effectively.

In addition, Manchester/OTM manufactures milling and turning tools for the machine tool market.
