Available in up to 5 decks, Minox MTS 2600 tumbler screening machine is suited for difficult to handle or delicate, friable materials from 20 Micron to 20 mm. Gentle tossing motion prevents particles from being hammered into screen cloth. Motor driven rotary brushes, motor driven air knives, combination of both or bouncing balls eliminates screen blinding.
Minox/Elcan announces the Minox MTS 2600 Tumbler Screening Machine. This machine is an 8 ½ foot (2.6 mm) machine. It is capable of handling products other conventional screeners cannot do. A gentle 3-Dimensional motion that gives up to 4 times the output per sq/ft of screen area and is especially suited for difficult to handle or delicate, friable materials from 20 Micron (635 Mesh) to 20mm (3/4")
The gentle tossing motion also prevents particles from being "hammered" into the screen cloth as occurs with vibratory machines and therefore prolongs screen life. Screen blinding is completely eliminated by motor driven rotary brushes, motor driven air knives, a combination of both or bouncing balls.
MINOX MTS 2600 TUMBLER SCREENER is available in up to 5 decks. Additional alternatives are double output machines to save floor space and double screening machines for efficient fines removal.
