Stahl Announces New "American Lifestyle" Wax Filler

A new wax filler, EX-FI-13-547, has recently been introduced by Stahl for use in association with "American Lifestyle" finishes on a wide range of leathers, to which it gives a "heavy/dark pull up" effect. It is particularly well-suited to use on shoe upper leathers.

Containing almost 100% solids, this milky white, opaque wax has the outstanding and most important property of maintaining waterproof resistance in finishes and of possessing a very low odour.

Since this is a high melting point wax, it flows out well with high temperature plating and can be used either alone or blended with other suitable oils or waxes to modify properties to meet individual requirements. In use it should be preheated to 75°C and can then be applied used either padding or a roller heated to 65 - 80°C.

This is one of the first Stahl products to be introduced with the "EX" and final prefix for easy recognition.
