Acromag Offers Family of Slim Line Power Supplies with Universal Input Power and Global Approvals
A new line of compact, lightweight power supplies delivering 10W to 240W is now available from Acromag.
Wixom, MI: Acromag now offers a space-saving series of power supplies with universal input power and worldwide industry approvals. The PS5R-S Slim Line series of power supplies includes nine models ranging from 10W to 240W of power. Space-saving 10W and 15W supplies require only 22.5mm on a DIN rail. 240W units are only 80mm wide. All models are UL508 listed and UL1604 approved for Class I Div 2 hazardous locations. The series also qualifies for Acromag's 2-year extended warranty.
PS5R-S Slim Line power supplies are very easy to use. All power supplies have a wide input range (85-264V AC, 100-350V DC) which can easily integrate into industrial applications all over the world. Nine available models provide 10W at 5V, 15W at 12V or 24V, 30W at 12V or 24V, plus 60W, 90W, 120W and 240W at 24V. Output voltage is adjustable ±10%. The units quickly snap onto a DIN rail with built-in DIN rail clips that require no additional brackets. They can also be directly mounted on a panel, which means installation is a snap. Spring-up screw terminals are IP20 finger-safe and allow easy installation of ring lugs. Built-in over-current and over-voltage protection help eliminate power supply or equipment damage.
All PS5R-S power supplies are SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) compliant. A host of industry approvals include CE, TÜV, cUL (CSA 22.2 No. 213, 223), UL 1604 (Class 1, Div 2, Groups ABCD), UL 508, UL 13010 (NEC Class 2), EN50178, LVD (EN60950), EMC EN61204-3 (EMI: Class B, EMS: Industrial), and EN61000-3-2 (power factor correction). For use on semiconductor fabrication machinery, the 120W and 240W units meet SEMI F47 sag immunity requirements.
