Penetrant Wastewater Removal System removes dye from rinse water.


October 23, 2009 - Using ozone to treat fluorescent penetrant rinse water, MAGNAPURE II removes green dye color from wastewater and can process up to 500 gal of rinse water per 24 hr period. Low maintenance system offers drop-in installation and requires minimal floor space. Featuring separate sample valve for uninterrupted processing, system automatically processes penetrant wastewater and reduces bacteria and odor problems.

MAGNAPURE II - Next Generation Penetrant Wastewater Solution!


On September 15, 2009, MAGNAFLUX introduces the NEW MAGNAPURE II - the next generation penetrant wastewater removal system. The MAGNAPURE II is a technology that uses ozone to treat fluorescent penetrant rinse water by removing the green dye color from the rinse water. The unit may process up to 500 gallons of rinse water per 24-hour period. (Estimation based on processing Magnaflux penetrant at a starting concentration of 1000 ppm). The Magnapure II can treat fluorescent penetrant rinse water without buying, replacing, or maintaining costly filters and/or cartridges, thus saving the user a large amount of money.
