October 14, 2009 - Measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 2.00 in., compact LC BP pole placed bandpass filters pass 1,616.0-1,626.5 MHz band with maximum insertion loss of 2.6 dB, while providing minimum of 15 dB of isolation at GPS L1 and 70 dB minimum at GPS L2. They also provide 45 dB of isolation at 1,710-1,850 MHz band and 55 dB beyond that out to 10 GHz. Available in connectorized and PCB mount versions, filters with rugged construction are suited for variety of airborne applications including UAV/UAS platforms.

Compact size and rugged construction for the Iridium Telephony Band

INDIANAPOLIS, IN. (Wednesday, October 7, 2009) -Trilithic, Inc. a market leader in RF and Microwave Components has released a new series of Compact LC BP filters for the Iridium telephony band. This pole placed bandpass filter passes the 1616.0 -1626.5 MHz band with a maximum insertion loss of 2.6 dB while providing a minimum of 15 dB of isolation at GPS L1 and 70 dB minimum at GPS L2. It also provides 45 dB of isolation at 1710-1850 MHz band and 55 dB beyond that out to 10 GHz.

Both connectorized and PCB mount versions are available.

Its small size (0.5" x 0.5" x 2.00") and rugged construction make it suitable for a variety of airborne applications, particularly UAV/UAS platforms or any other application where minimal size and weight are important. Other frequency bands and isolation requirements can be accommodated to fulfill your specific requirements.
