Embedded 4 port IEEE 802.3af PoE delivers 15.4 W per port, while 4 fast Ethernet ports provide simultaneous real-time data transmission. Operating at temperature range of -10 to 60°C, switch integrates 24-48 V power booster that allows for deploying standard PoE IP cameras on buses, railcars, ships, or harbors.

Korenix extends its series of vehicle PoE switches by releasing the new Industrial 8-port JetNet 3708-24V PoE switch, designed with even more ports to fulfill the specific needs of transportation system networks. JetNet 3708-24V integrates Korenix patented 24V vehicle PoE technology - the 24V to 48V power booster for making the deployment of standard PoE IP cameras feasible on buses, railcars, ships, harbors, etc.
Combined with rugged fan-less design, including vibration resistance and -10~60℃ wide operating temperature, JetNet 3708-24V overcomes the harsh conditions and ensures network reliability on all types of public moving vehicles.
The vehicle PoE switch features eight auto-negotiating ports with shielded RJ45 connectors for added protection against EMI and RFI noise. 4 PoE ports on the new device provide an easy installation and significantly reduce the costs of the total networking solution. Meanwhile, users can benefit from additional 4 fast Ethernet ports of JetNet 3708-24V for simultaneous data transmission of other systems, such as real-time data transmission, position reporting system through GPS and GPRS, vehicle advertisement, etc.
All these greatly reduces wiring costs of the total multifunctional system, providing fast and easy system installation and making JetNet 3708-24V the best solution for reliable vehicle networking system
