Crystek Launches New 1.090 GHz Saw Clock Oscillator (CCSO)

Fort Myers, FL, August 14, 2009 - Crystek Crystals announces the release of a 1.090 GHz SAW Clock Oscillator (CCSO) - the CCSO-014-1090. Crystek designed the module using SAW (surface acoustic wave) crystal technology to provide a low noise, low jitter performance with true SineWave output. The resulting oscillator features -138dBc/Hz phase noise at 10KHz offset.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, Crystek's CCSO-014-1090 comes in a 14 PIN DIP hermetically sealed package. It features a +12V input voltage and generates a true-sinewave with +12dBm min. output power. This new CCSO has no sub-harmonic and the second harmonic is -40dBc max. The CCSO-014-1090 operates from -55°C to +105°C.

The CCSO-014-1090 was designed for Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) applications.
