Ishida Europe has launched a new multi-lane checkweigher with up to six lanes which can handle the same volume as several checkweighers, leading to significant savings in cost and space.
Ideal for checkweighing stick and flow-wrap packs of confectionery, coffee, tea or milk powder, the new DACS-CW Series is a high-speed checkweigher with a very small footprint. It is easy to use featuring a single-colour touch screen Remote Control Unit (RCU) which controls all lanes. Each lane has its own Ishida load cell which ensures the world-renowned Ishida weighing accuracy and consistency.
Using Ishida's unique Anti Floor Vibration (AFV) system which cancels out the effect of external vibration, the new DACS-CW checkweigher achieves stable and precise weighing, even in a factory environment where intensive vibration is an issue.
Other benefits include the checkweigher's intelligent data management system which features a status monitor showing production data from each lane whilst a built-in USB camera ensures reliable product set up.
The new DACS-CW multi-lane checkweigher is made of stainless steel for high durability and easy cleaning and maintenance. Company Information: Name: Ishida Europe Ltd Address: 11 Kettles Wood Drive City: Birmingham Country: United Kingdom Phone: http://www.ishidaeurope.com
