New Altech® UL489 AC miniature molded case circuit breakers offer the highest 14kA short circuit interrupting capacity in the industry and is available up to 20A in the C trip curve. These breakers can deliver reliable performance in a wide range of applications, including low inrush motors, appliances, lighting, wiring protection, transformers, power supplies, and industrial controls, among others.
The new UL 489 breakers are compact at 17.5mm wide and are available as 1 pole versions. They are designed for easy DIN rail mounting, feature user-friendly positive trip indicator (green/red), and are HVACR 40ºC rated.
Only Altech can supply three UL ratings (489, 508, and 1077) to provide users with a variety of cost-effective solutions to satisfy particular application requirements.
All circuit breakers in the UL489 product line are CE certified and RoHS compliant.
