Master Introduces New Model Mt-70 Butane-Powered Microtorch

Racine, WI...Master Appliance Corp., North America's leading manufacturer and designer of professional quality heat tools for industry, is proud to introduce its new Model MT-70 Butane-powered Microtorch. This durable, compact torch features a fuel adjustment wheel to provide 2,500°F pinpoint or broad blue torch flame. A self-igniting piezo electric ignition makes the torch easy to start and eliminates the need for lighters or matches. The self-contained, refillable butane fuel tank provides for up to 60 minutes of use on a full charge.

The MT-70 incorporates a trigger switch with pulldown lock to meet the Consumer Products Safety Commission's (CPSC) Safety Requirements. A slide-lock control allows for hands-free use and instant off operation. A wide removable base/stand makes it easy to use the torch hand-held in compact spaces or in a hands-free mode on a workbench or table-top.

The ergonomic handle design ensures a non-slip grip making it perfect for applications such as soldering and desoldering, shrinking and terminating environmental connectors as well as many other industrial, commercial, and automotive applications. Optional tips allow the MT-70 to also be used as a soldering iron or flameless heat tool.

The MT-70 is available only from your Authorized Master Heat Tool Distributor.
