Transfering fluid through 2 K9 filters in series for staged particulate or water/particulate removal, Filtration Station® is capable of flushing, filtering, and monitoring ISO cleanliness with user-defined, automatic features. It features water sensor that provides water saturation and temperature of fluid, both displayed through monitor. System runs continuously and displays ISO codes in manual mode, while in auto mode machine will run till required cleanliness codes are achieved.
Leetsdale, PA- Schroeder Industries, a recognized leader in filtration and fluid conditioning products, introduces the Filtration Station, which replaces the recent AFM. The Filtration Station® (FS) is capable of flushing, filtering, and monitoring ISO cleanliness with user-defined, automatic features. The FS is designed to transfer fluid through two Schroeder K9 filters in series for staged particulate or water/particulate removal. Both filters are top-loading and include element indicators in the cap.
A particle monitor samples discharged fluid from the pump and displays ISO cleanliness codes for the fluid. In auto mode, the system will run until the desired cleanliness codes are achieved. Upon reaching the codes, the pump will stop and the completion indicator light will come on. When in manual mode, the system will run continuously and display the ISO codes. A water sensor is available for providing the water saturation and the temperature of the fluid, both displayed through the monitor. With a water sensor, the monitor will allow the user to input set points for both the water saturation and the ISO codes.
