Antistick Coating contains no hazardous materials.


June 23, 2009 - Water based antistick coating, MAC-863, is used for processing tires, rubber hose, belts, extruded profiles, and rubber parts. MAC-863 is operator and environment friendly, chemically and thermally stable, and can be used with cured and uncured rubber compounds. Clear, colorless, dry film coating will not contaminate rubber compound or interfere with post curing processes. Product contains no silicone oil, powder, waxes, heavy metals, or othr hazardous materials.

McLube Develops New Water Based Antistick Coating, MAC-863


McLube has developed a new water based antistick coating, MAC-863, for the processing of tires, rubber hose, belts, extruded profiles, and rubber parts. MAC-863 is operator and environment friendly as well as being chemically and thermally stable. MAC-863 can be used with cured and uncured rubber compounds. MAC-863 will provide a clear, colorless, dry film coating that will not contaminate the rubber compound or interfere with post curing processes. This product contains no silicone oil, powder, waxes or heavy metals. McLube water based antistick coatings provide superior performance, improved processing, ease of application, reduced scrap rates, and are supplied as concentrates for economical usage. MAC-863 contains no hazardous materials and is suitable for use in medical, automotive, industrial, electrical, aerospace and food applications. McLube water based antistick coatings offer significant operational and performance attributes.
