June 19, 2009 - Capable of retaining 70% of its initial luminance at 50,000 hr, LF1D Series are IP67f protected against water, dust and oil making them suited for machine tools or outdoor equipment. They are available in cool white (temp: 5700K) and offered in 10 x 1 LED array or 7 x 2 LED array with 24 Vdc voltage. RoHS compliant, mercury-free units include side connection and back cable options, and removable direct plug-in terminal block and spring clamp connection.

New LUMIFA LED Light Strips Give You the Most Brightness for Your Buck at 67.2 Lumens/Watt!


Sunnyvale, CA, June 15, 2008-New LED light strips from IDEC are the brightest in their class at up to 67.2 Lumens/Watt! Reinforced glass models bring to the table an impressive IP67f degree of protection against water, dust and oil making them perfect for machine tools or outdoor equipment. A polycarbonate plastic cover with IP67 degree of protection is also available, ideal for food processing applications.

Plus the LF1D Series retains 70% of its initial luminance at 50,000 hrs. These light strips are Cool White (Temp: 5700K) and offered in a slim (10 x 1 LED array) or wide type (7 x 2 LED array) with 24V DC voltage. Manufactured with a sturdy die-cast aluminum housing and stainless steel front cover, they are also RoHS compliant, mercury-free. UL approval is pending.

Two cable options are available: side connection and back. Plus removable direct plug-in terminal block and spring clamp connections ensure a high-quality connection, making it easy to install or replace the LED illumination unit.
