It offers high resolution backlit LCD, stores 4 groups of test results including settings, and uploads test results to PC via serial port. The analyzer is a cost-effective, practical instrument widely used to identify and verify quality-of-service of datacom transmission channels in access networks, transmission networks, digital data networks and some private communication networks. It is an ideal solution for R&D, production, equipment installation, check and acceptance testing, daily maintenance and service verification. Its handheld, durable design and simple operation make it suitable for carrying in the field for on-the-spot measurements.
GAO's datacom analyzer offers a high resolution backlit LCD with smart navigation mode menus. The datacom interfaces can be configured with DTE or DCE, ASYNC or SYNC mode. In SYNC mode, Rx and Tx clock sources are selectable with internal or external and rising or falling edge detection. The advanced analyzer monitors and controls handshaking signals and supports measurements of error blocks and clock slips. It has a large memory capacity and stores four groups of test results including settings; the test results can be uploaded to a PC via the serial port, Test Manager(TM) software is included for further analysis, assembling, filing, and reporting test results. In addition, the embedded software has the ability to update the analyzer's functions via the serial port.
