Solid State Lasers are designed for industrial applications.

June 5, 2009 - With performance up to 25 W, InnoLas NANIO industrial DPSS lasers operate in wavelength of 1064 and 532, and have pulse repetition rate of 500 kHz with single shot. Tube and cable length between laser head and supply unit and/or cooling unit can range from 1-20 m. Units can be used in working processes of marking and structuring of semiconductors, metals, plastics and ceramics. Lasers are suited for manufacturing of solar cells, for micro material processing and scientific applications.

Industrial Laser Now on Offer from InnoLas Laser GmbH

New Product Series "InnoLas NANIO Industrial DPSS Lasers": Flexible and Robust Lasers for Industry

Krailling, 22 May, 2009: InnoLas Laser GmbH launches a new product series of solid state lasers which have been optimised for industrial use and in which the company's long years of expertise in the development of high-capacity first-class laser sources are incorporated. The diode pump lasers Nd:YVO4 and Nd:YAG are part of InnoLas's new NANIO series and have been specially designed for industrial OEM applications where a high degree of reliability, optimised functionality and serviceability is needed.

The major technical data of the NANIO laser are as follows:

o Wavelengths: 1064, 532

o Performance up to 25 Watt

o Pulse repetition rate: single shot up to 500 kHz

o Robust and solid resonator structure

o Long diode life, quick and easy diode change

o Excellent TEM00 beam quality and stability

o Maintenance-free and hermetically sealed resonator area

InnoLas NANIO: Optimised Industry Standard Technology

Thus, due to their modular design, the NANIO systems are now much easier to maintain. All interchangeable components of the laser head, for instance, are fitted such that there is no need to remove the laser head during service. Also, the laser head can be separated from the supply unit within seconds. The tube and cable length between laser head and supply unit and/or cooling unit can range from 1 to 20 m. Laser systems can thus be integrated much more flexibly into industrial manufacturing processes.

Due to its compact and robust design the laser demonstrates a maximum of functionality and reliability even under the hardest environmental conditions. The compact system design allows a simple systems integration into existing manufacturing processes.

Usage in Marking, Structuring and Micro Material Processing

The lasers of the NANIO series are typically used in working processes such as marking and structuring of semiconductors, metals, plastics and ceramics. In addition, they are suited for the manufacturing of solar cells, for micro material processing and scientific applications.

InnoLas Laser GmbH: Partner For Application-Optimised Laser Solutions

InnoLas Laser GmbH sees itself as a customer-oriented development partner for tailor-made industrial laser solutions.
