Universal Amplifier has up to 96 kHz/channel sampling rate.
June 8, 2009 -
Supporting Advanced Plug and Measure technology that allows applicable transducers to be automatically recognized by amplifier, MX410 has 4 individually configurable inputs, each electrically isolated and each with analog output. Digitalization is implemented with 24 bit resolution. Module is suitable for SG transducers in half or full bridge circuits, inductive half or full bridges, current-fed piezoelectric sensors (IEPE), and analog voltage signals (±10 V).

Universal Amplifier for Dynamic Processes Enhances QuantumX
Darmstadt - The 4-channel universal amplifier MX410, which is suitable for numerous different transducer types, has been launched to enhance HBM's universal measurement data acquisition system QuantumX. The MX410 it provides
users with improved flexibility.
The MX410 module has four individually configurable inputs, each electrically isolated and each with an analog output. Digitalization is implemented with a high resolution of 24 Bit. A sampling rate of up to 96 kHz/channel enables the acquisition of very dynamic quantities with high measurement quality.
The MX410 is suitable for SG transducers in half or full bridge circuits, inductive half or full bridges, current-fed piezoelectric sensors (IEPE) and analog voltage signals (± 10 V). An Ethernet TCP/IP interface is available for PC communication.
The MX410 module supports HBM's new APM technology (Advanced Plug & Measure) allowing applicable transducers to be automatically recognized by the amplifier. The automatic configuration of the amplifier leads to considerable time and cost savings, even for complex measurement tasks. QuantumX modules can be used individually or combined into larger systems according to the application requirements.
A typical application example for the new amplifier is the test bench engineering for the crankshaft-synchronous acquisition of highly dynamic force changes on injection valves. The QuantumX measurement system is also suitable for dynamic function and power test stands, mechanical endurance tests, temperature tests, long-term outdoor monitoring or simply as a compact industrial measurement tool in the labora-tory.
