Screw Terminal Blocks Feature Integrated PE Foot

Phoenix Contact's screw-connection terminal blocks are now available with an integrated PE grounding foot. The integrated PE foot is available in 6.2 mm versions of the UT 4 knife disconnect, diode and fuse terminal blocks.

The UT 4-PE series saves space while providing a reliable termination for grounding the shields commonly used in shielded twisted-pair wires for analog and digital sensors. The functional blocks also provide options to disconnect (HEDI) or use a universal lever-style fuse holder (HESI) for 5x20 plugs with or without light indication.

A compact design with uniform dual-bridge channel delivers power distribution quickly and effectively with robust FBS push-in jumpers. The UT series is part of Phoenix Contact's CLIPLINE Complete system, which features standardized push-in bridging, marking and testing accessories for all connection technologies.

Phoenix Contact is a world leader in electrical connection, electronic interface and industrial automation technologies. Phoenix Contact GmbH & Co. KG, Blomberg, Germany, operates 46 international subsidiaries, including Phoenix Contact USA in Middletown, Pa. Global sales exceed more than 1 billion euro annually. Phoenix Contact's formal Integrated Management System is registered to ISO quality, environmental and safety standards (ISO 9001:2008,14001:2004 and 18001:2007).
