Available with pushbutton configuration, inclination sensors are designed to detect and measure incline or tilt angle of machine elements or equipment platforms in single or dual axis applications, from 0° to 360° with accuracy of ±0.5°. They come with metal mounting brackets, outdoor IP68/69k rating and 4-20 mA or 0-5 Vdc analog outputs. Other features included are power supply range between 10-30 Vdc, 2 adjustable switching outputs and operating temperature ranging from -25°C to 85°C.
Pepperl+Fuchs New Inclination Sensors Measure Incline or Tilt Angle of Machine Elements or Equipment Platforms
TWINSBURG, OH - Pepperl+Fuchs introduces Inclination Sensors. These cCSAus certified sensors are designed to detect and measure the incline or tilt angle of machine elements or equipment platforms in single or dual axis applications, from 0° to 360° with accuracy of ± 0.5°.
"Inclination sensors are highly flexible and adjustable, enabling users to easily configure the product to the desired measurement range in the field for their particular applications. Pushbutton configuration allows users to scale the output range and define the limit points, and tilt direction has independent calibration for increasing analog output for either clockwise or counter-clockwise tilt direction," says Dave Rubinski, Product Manager. "Flexibility, coupled with a robust mounting frame and user scalability over the complete 360° range, promise to bring significant value in mobile equipment, agricultural equipment, material handling, automated storage and any other application requiring inclination/tilt angle measurement."
Inclination sensors are designed for reliable operation in harsh environments. They feature metal mounting brackets, an outdoor IP68/69k rating and 4-20mA or 0 to 5 VDC analog outputs that can represent the user-configured angle range. They feature a power supply range of 10 VDC to 30 VDC, two adjustable switching outputs and provide reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 85°C.
Pepperl+Fuchs is a world leader in the design, manufacture and application of high quality factory and process automation products and services. Pepperl+Fuchs pioneered the development of proximity sensors 50 years ago, and has set the standard for innovation and quality ever since.
