Place It. Lace It. Set It. Warm Tiles® Cable Kit Makes Floor Warming Simple

ROSEMONT, IL, May 4, 2009 - EasyHeat is bringing unlimited design configurations to even the most difficult shaped room with its Warm Tiles® DFT floor warming kit. The kit allows contractors to install full floor warming coverage simply by lacing the free form cable on the floor wherever a heated area is required. Typical installations take less than two hours.

Warm Tiles cables are for use over a variety of substrates including plywood, backer board and concrete. For final floor finishes, the contractor can install a choice of either ceramic, porcelain, terrazzo, agglomerates or natural stone. In addition, engineered woods and laminates that do not require nailing down may be installed over the cables.

Two different spacing options enable the kit's extremely flexible cables to be installed virtually anywhere. In a typical room above a heated area, the cables are spaced about 3" apart. For a room above an unheated area, on concrete slabs, or in a high heat loss room such as a solarium, the spacing alternates from 3" to 1.5" apart. Cables snap into the strapping included in the kit.

EasyHeat Warm Tiles DFT 120V Cable Kits are available for heating areas ranging from 11 square feet up to 108 square feet. Energy- and cost-efficient, the system costs about one cent per day per square foot.

Warm Tiles is the only floor warming system awarded the Good Housekeeping Seal®, an assurance of professional quality and comfort.
