Power Sections are lined with UltraFlex® 114 elastomer.

April 21, 2009 - Moyno® Even Rubber Thickness(ERT(TM)) 2 7/8 in. power sections are lined with UltraFlex® 114 elastomer to provide fluid compatibility and resistance to explosive decompression. High power outputs are achieved by applying even thickness of rubber to one-piece stator, and steel reinforcement of stator's lobes promotes quality of rotor/stator seal during operation and also compensates for loss of elastomer strength that occurs at high temperatures and when exposed to chemicals.

R&M Energy Systems Launches Moyno® ERT(TM) 2-7/8" Power Section

Willis, Texas, USA - R&M Energy Systems' revolutionary ERT(TM) technology is now available
in a 2-7/8" power section. Moyno® Even Rubber Thickness (ERT(TM)) power sections dramatically improve motor ROP by providing over 100% more power and torque than conventional power sections of the same length.

High power outputs are achieved by applying an even thickness of rubber to a one-piece stator. The resulting steel reinforcement of the stator's lobes improves the quality of the rotor/stator seal during operation, increasing power and torque output, and also compensates for the loss of elastomer strength that occurs at high temperatures and when exposed to chemicals.

Optimization of metal reinforced technology is achieved by minimizing the rubber volume in the stator and applying the rubber evenly to the tube ID. ERT stators ensure accurate dimensioning, "Even Rubber Thickness" and optimal steel properties for connection strength and tube durability.

Moyno® 2-7/8" ERT(TM) stators are lined with the UltraFlex® 114 elastomer, providing excellent fluid compatibility and resistance to explosive decompression. ERT stators can also be relined, which reduces operational costs.

Additional benefits of the Moyno® ERT(TM) 2-7/8" Power Section include:

o The ability to mill more plugs

o Less CT stress due to fewer stalls

o Less wear on mills and cutting tools due to fewer stalls

o Improved reliability in demanding applications involving high temperature, gas or chemicals

o Reduced operational costs
