CE and RoHS compliant, OS303 utilizes Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point check mode that integrates 3 visible LED icons to indicate whether temperature is within FDA guidelines for frozen or hot foods. Lock mode provides continuous readings of up to 30 min for infrared surface temperatures and 4 min for internal readings with stainless steel probe. Other features include adjustable emissivity, auto power off, and choice between °C or °F measurement.
