New Bulk Storage Auto ID Solution Oval Design Increases Life of Label
March 6, 2009 Lake Villa, IL - ID Label is pleased to announce the release of a new bulk storage auto identification solution; BullsEye Floor Plate. The new BullsEye Floor Plate is well suited to provide a short-range auto identification solution for bulk locations as well as being designed as a long-term solution.
Design includes an aluminum oval floor plate, lexan insert/cover, highly durable polyester label, and four TapCon screws for each plate. The inner 2-inch high by 6-inch wide opening on this floor plate provides the ideal opening a barcode and human readable label. The label is made from a highly durable polyester with aggressive adhesive designed for concrete floors in warehouse environments.
When inserted in the aluminum frame with a lexan cover and secured with TapCon screws (all included in each kit), the label is designed to last for 10 years (installation services required).
Unlike the traditional rectangle design, the oval contour helps prevent forklift truck forks from pulling these plates off the floor. ID Label guarantees these plates will last 3 years from date of purchase (installation services required).
