Metalcraft Introduces Bar Code Cable Labels

MASON CITY, IOWA (March 9, 2009) - Metalcraft today announced availability of customizable Bar Code Cable Labels designed to simplify the task of marking wires and cables and improving the traceability, maintenance and security of these assets for audio, video, computing, industrial and other applications.

Metalcraft's Bar Code Cable Labels are available in two standard sizes and feature digital, subsurface printing to ensure readability as well as protection against chemicals and abrasion. And on-site printing option is available, too.

Polypropylene construction allows the Bar Code Cable Label to conform to a tight radius without unwinding, and the thick adhesive provides excellent grip to plastic and uneven surfaces. The labels can withstand temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

"With our Bar Code Cable Label, Metalcraft is again standardizing a custom-engineered product for the benefit of all customers," said Metalcraft president Steve Doerfler. "Metalcraft remains committed to providing durable, high-value identification solutions."

Orders are shipped within seven days of proof approval. Prices vary by quantity. Visit http://www.idplate.com or call 800-437-5283 for more information on Metalcraft identification products.
