Suited for use with 6/6 or glass filled nylon hose clamps from .250-2.375 in., pneumatic hand air tool features adjustable jaws to accommodate variety of Heyco hose clamps. It operates on standard shop air when its lever is depressed, and is activated through use of integrated hand lever reducing hand stress and risk of carpal tunnel syndrome. Heyco Products, Inc., a leading ISO 9001:2000 US-based designer and manufacturer of wire protection products and electronic components, has announced availability of a new Pneumatic Hand Air Tool designed to speed installation of their nylon hose clamps.
Designed to operate on standard shop air when its lever is depressed, the Hand Air Tool features adjustable jaws to accommodate a wide range of Heyco Hose Clamps. It is activated through use of an integrated hand lever that reduces hand stress and the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome, and allows speedier installation over hose clamps installed using manual tools.
The new tool can be used with Heyco's wide range of 6/6 or glass filled Nylon Hose Clamps from .250" to 2.375". It can also be used on Heyco's Nylon Lockit(TM) Hose Clamps which have a double row of teeth for a more secure grip, and feature a retainer clip that allows the clamp to be pre-positioned on the hose before final installation. All Heyco Hose Clamps are reusable and are lightweight yet resist corrosion, salt water, weak acids, greases, and common solvents.
