Head Pressure Control suits humidity-sensitive environments.

March 5, 2009 - With support for both dual pressure or temperature inputs, ICM333 operates as pressure or temperature-sensitive motor fan speed control, regulating head pressure by varying amount of airflow through condenser. Unit is compatible with single-phase systems operating at 120-480 Vac. Other features included are integral heat pump bypass circuitry, allowing for electronic bypass of speed control, and tamper-proof dials for adjusting temperature/pressure set points.

ICM Controls Offers ICM333 Head Pressure Control with Dual Temperature & Pressure Inputs

Provides superior regulation in humidity-sensitive environments

ICM Controls Corporation, a leader in the manufacture and supply of electronic controls to the HVACR industry, announces the release of its ICM333 Head Pressure Control, with support for dual pressure or dual temperature inputs. The ICM333 is the latest addition to ICM's full line of innovative single and three-phase head pressure controls.

The ICM333 Head Pressure Control operates as a pressure or temperature-sensitive motor fan speed control, regulating head pressure by varying the amount of airflow through the condenser. By allowing for dual probes, the ICM333 is ideal for a wide range of systems, including single-fan, multi-coil systems.

The ICM333 is perfect for use in low-ambient conditions common to supermarkets and frozen food storage, computer rooms and cooling tower fans, and many other temperature/humidity-sensitive environments. It helps prevent evaporator freeze-ups, liquid-slugged compressors, low pressure cutouts, and overshoots common with on/off and pressure-switch controls.

The ICM333 is compatible with single-phase systems operating at 120-480 VAC. It features an integral heat pump bypass circuitry, allowing for electronic bypass of the speed control, and tamper-proof dials for adjusting temperature/pressure set points.

About ICM Controls Corporation

ICM Controls has been a leading manufacturer of electronic controls for the HVACR industry for more than 20 years, a position achieved through product and process innovation. Serving both the OEM and the Aftermarket, ICM Controls' goal has been to provide its customers with the most technologically advanced products at the greatest value without compromise in quality. ICM Controls offers better command of the supply chain through true vertical integration. Its products are proudly made in America.
