Lincoln Electric Adds New LN-25(TM) PRO with Dual Power to Its Line of Wire Feeders

o Voltage control knob for superior arc control
o Digital meters for increased monitoring abilities
o Patented MIG-STT® capabilities
o Control cable and across the arc cable power options

Cleveland - Lincoln Electric has added the LN(TM)-25 PRO with dual power to its line of standard and extra torque LN-25 PRO wire feeders.

The new dual power model features a voltage control knob for superior arc control and digital meters for increased monitoring as well as MIG-STT® capabilities. The LN-25 PRO can be powered by either a control cable or across the arc cable. This new control cable power feature allows the operator to adjust voltage and wire feed speed remotely.

All LN-25 PRO wire feeder models are designed to be simple, reliable and easy to service. These wire feeders are ideal for field construction, fabrication, shipyards and rental companies. All models include a gas solenoid and flow meter to run both flux-cored and MIG wires. The extra torque model features additional torque gearing for reliable feeding of large diameter flux-cored wires.

The MAXTRAC® Wire Drive system increases the LN-25 PRO's performance with patented tool-less wire guides that eliminate birdnesting and set-up variability with no need for adjustment. A large handle with calibrated scale and patented internal spring design applies precise drive roll pressure for soft or stiff wires. An interchangeable gun bushing also allows the connection of different guns.

LN-25 PRO wire feeders feature a heavy-duty spindle design with an adjustable brake. This extends the life of the machine and increases ease of use. The quick-release spindle lock is easy to use and eliminates cross-threading. The internal PC board features a protective coating providing reliable operation in conditions of moisture, dust and corrosion.

To help serviceability, replacement cases are available in aluminum and polycarbonate, which extend the life of the machine and eliminate downtime. A damaged case no longer means you have to replace the machine. The case can be replaced in less than five minutes.

These products are available at a welding supply store near you. Or contact Lincoln Electric at (888) 355-3213 or www.lincolnelectric.com to obtain Bulletin E8.105 to learn more about the LN-25 PRO dual power model.

The Lincoln Electric Company, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of arc welding products, robotic arc welding systems, fume extraction equipment and plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment.
