February 20, 2009 - Designed for permanent assembly between tubing and fittings, Heyco-Flex(TM) III liquid tight fittings and flexible tubing can be used in both wet and dry applications, and resist corrosion, oil, weak acids, and salt water. Non-toxic, and UV resistant units are rated for Type 3R applications. Tubing doesn't require threading for installation which eliminates possibility of cutting tubing and creating leak paths. Suitable applications include in automotive equipment, fiber optics, and robotics.
