New Controlled Flare End Brush from Anderson Products

Anderson's new Controlled Flare End Brush (CFE) is specially designed to remove heavy weld spatter, flash and scale in hard-to-reach areas such as right angles and corners. Unlike conventional end brushes, the patent-pending design of the new CFE reduces filament fatigue resulting in less wire breakage in demanding applications; increases durability when cleaning right angles, fillet welds and corners; and allows only minimal flaring, so more wire points can aggressively clean the surface.

These brushes are ideal for heavy-duty fabrication applications such as weld cleaning, deflashing, roughening, rust and oxidation removal and surface preparation.

Anderson CFE's are available in both steel and stainless steel wire with diameters of .0104, .014 and .020. Brush diameters include ½", ¾" and 1" in various trim lengths.
