With ability to create point-to-point pathways for network cables, OnTrac(TM) wire mesh cable tray system supports and distributes large quantities of cables to equipment cabinets and racks in data centers, equipment rooms and office spaces. Product includes side wall curves to keep cables secure within tray through each turn, while open-top design allows users to move, add, or change cables. It is constructed of 5 and 6 mm dia steel wires and is welded in 2 x 4 in. intersections.

By creating point-to-point pathways for network cables, CPI's OnTrac Wire Mesh Cable Tray System provides an ideal pathway solution for supporting and distributing large quantities of cables to equipment cabinets and racks in data centers, equipment rooms and office spaces. Highly flexible, OnTrac can be positioned above drop ceilings, under access floors, against walls or to the tops of racks and cabinets, and can be cut and formed to create smooth curved transitions around building structures and obstacles.
Designed to provide maximum cable protection and support, OnTrac includes side wall curves that keep cables secure within the tray through each turn, while an open-top design allows users to quickly and easily move, add or change cables. The top edges of OnTrac are joggled, supplying superior protection to cables when pulled over the top edges of the tray. In addition, OnTrac can be used in plenum spaces and is UL Classified for use as an equipment grounding conductor.
Constructed of 5 mm and 6 mm diameter steel wires and welded in 2" x 4" (50 mm x 100 mm) intersections, OnTrac offers a solid and reliable solution for critical network cables. To meet current and future cable fill requirements, OnTrac is available in various widths and depths, and a large selection of accessories are offered to further protect and guide cables along the pathway. Optional splices and fasteners allow trays to be connected end-to-end or in an L-, T- or Y-shaped intersection to match pathway requirements, while ceiling, wall, floor and rack system supports permit multiple installation possibilities. Cable tray inserts, covers, dividers, bend radius, radius drops, power brackets, label holders and grounding clamps are also available.
