Solvent Fume Abatement System ensures safety in labs.
January 28, 2009 -
Allowing for safe operation within lab hood or on lab bench, Flameless Electro-Catalytic Solvent Fume Abatement System implements correct catalyst for chemistries to encourage oxidation reaction to occur at temperatures between 500-600°F. System is can be integrated with evaporators or it can be custom designed for specific user application.
Introducing Glas-Col's New Solvent Abatement System
Glas-Col's new Flameless Electro-Catalytic Solvent Fume Abatement Systems implement the correct catalyst for your chemistries to encourage the oxidation reaction to occur at temperatures between 500-600 degrees F ( 260-315 degrees C). This is less than half the heat needed for thermal oxidation and allows for safe operation within a lab hood or on a lab bench. Low temperatures and flameless operation ensure safety in the lab.
Our abatement systems are seamlessly integrated with our state of the art evaporators or we can custom design a system for your application.
