Hannay Reels Introduces New AVD-3 Portable Cable Reel Designed for Audio/Visual Settings
(Westerlo, N.Y.) - Hannay Reels introduces the AVD-3 reel, designed for use with cable in audio/visual settings including radio and television stations. Hannay's cable reels are designed to simplify set-up and teardown for audio and video production applications.
The mid-size AVD-3 reel features rugged steel and aluminum construction, a side-mounted connector panel, a slotted divider disc with 2" wide space for storage of short cable, ergonomic carrying handles, frame clips for easy stacking and an adjustable Cam-lock drag brake, which locks the cables in place. The reel also has a caster wheel option (as shown in image), which allows the operator to maneuver easily around objects.
