New HeycoŽ RDD Pigtail Lockit(TM) Strain Relief Bushings Protect Round and Flat Cables at Panel Entry Points

DATE: DECEMBER 8, 2008

Heyco Products, Inc., a leading ISO 9001:2000 US based designer and manufacturer of wire protection products and electronic components, has announced availability of their RDD Pigtail Lockit(TM) Strain Relief Bushings.

Designed to protect the lifeline of electric/electronic products by absorbing forces of pull, push, twist, and flex, RDD Pigtails securely anchor, insulate, and protect cables at panel entry points. An integral nylon spring eases the cable into a lazy bend, prevents sharp bending and assures long cable and product life.

RDD Pigtails are available in 6/6 nylon and are assembly friendly since they self-lock onto the cable and can be preassembled offline for final assembly at a later time or remote location - lowering installed cost. They are easily installed with fingertip pressure into a standard round or "DD" hole - no hand tools required.
