Industrial-Class Transducers Give High Accuracy over Complete Range

HBM's new P3IC absolute pressure transducer provides general industrial applications with excellent precision over its whole measuring range of up to 3,000 bar combined with prolonged service life.

Available in high accuracy classes from 0.1 to 0.2, the P3IC is based on a proven monolithic - one-piece - measuring body design that combines excellent measurement properties with industrial ruggedness.

These industrial class pressure transducers are available as either as a P3ICP version with standard M12 connection technology or as a P3IC version with fixed cable. An integrated PT100 resistance thermometer can be supplied for external temperature compensation.

The transducers can be optionally connected in a 6-wire configuration providing users with additional certainty regarding signal transmission with long cable lengths. TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) holding all important transducer data in an integrated memory chip is also available as an option.
