December 12, 2008 - Designed for interior and exterior flat to semi-gloss coatings, Rhoplex(TM) VSR-2015 Versatile Sheen Resin acrylic binder is low-solvent capable, contains no alkyl phenol ethoxylate surfactants, and is low in ammonia odor. It exhibits appropriate flow, leveling, and application properties as well as scrub, alkali, and efflorescence resistance. Resin can be used on various interior and exterior substrates, including masonry.

PHILADELPHIA -- Rohm and Haas (NYSE:ROH) has launched a new binder, Rhoplex(TM) VSR-2015 Versatile Sheen Resin, to the North American paint and coatings market. This 100% acrylic binder is designed for interior and exterior flat to semi-gloss finishes where it combines environmental innovation with exceptional performance. Additionally, this innovative resin can be used on various interior and exterior substrates, including masonry, where it delivers excellent performance.

Rhoplex(TM) VSR-2015 resin is low-solvent capable, contains no APEO (alkyl phenol ethoxylate) surfactants, and is low in ammonia odor. It provides excellent flow, leveling, and applications properties as well as excellent scrub, alkali, and efflorescence resistance.
