December 10, 2008 - Heat Shrink Terminal Ratchet Crimper (#22-498) has ratcheting mechanism that ensures complete crimp cycle is achieved before tool opens. Rounded crimp stations in each of its 4 color-coded crimp nests deliver crimp without cutting or damaging heat shrink insulation on terminals. Tool is designed with safety release switch for use when tool needs to be released before reaching complete crimp cycle.
