It features Freescale(TM) MRF6V2300NBR1 LDMOS transistor, and offers typical gain of 21 dB, which allows system designer to supply only 4.5 W input power. Class B amplifier is suited for FM transmitter, transposer, and broadcast exciter designs.

New 550W FM Pallet Broadcast Amplifier - FM550-108

The RES-INGENIUM (Orvieto, Italy) FM550-108 is a new high performance pallet amplifier designed for FM and HDFM radio broadcast. This Class B amplifier will deliver 500-600 watts CW output power, up to 82% collector efficiency, and very good harmonic suppression (-30dBc). Rugged and reliable, featuring the MRF6V2300NBR1 LDMOS transistor from Freescale(TM) Semiconductor, it operates from -10 to +60°C. The typical gain (21dB) allows the system designer to supply only 4.5W input power (at 550W Pout), eliminating one or more gain stages to save cost.
