Thermo Scientific - AquaSensors . . . Introduces the Next Generation in Optical DO Sensors

November 4, 2008

Thermo Scientific - AquaSensors is pleased to introduce the next generation in online optical dissolved oxygen sensor technology. Their RDO Pro DO Sensor represents the latest in rugged luminescent dissolved oxygen technology for wastewater monitoring.

The recognized advantages of 'no membranes', 'no conditioning' and 'fast start-up' of this technology now also offers superior resistance to both photo bleaching and abrasion by aggressive process media. RDO Pro is the most robust DO sensor available today for wastewater applications.

RDO Pro employs 'smart sensor' technology and complements the AquaSensors full range of online liquid analytical sensors including their patented DataStick(TM) 'smart' and AnalogPlus(TM) series sensors for pH/ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, ozone, free chlorine, turbidity and suspended solids.

The AquaSensors unique 'direct-to-SCADA' product design reduces equipment and installation costs while improving reliability in a
wide variety of municipal and industrial water treatment applications.
