Compressed air powered Compact Mini Chip Vac System is used to clean chips from fixtures, floors, and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, saws, mills and other industrial equipment. Cyclonic action effectively vacuums metal, wood, or plastic chips into included 5 gal container. Dusty materials such as absorbents are trapped by 0.1 micron filter bag to keep surrounding air clean. Various attachments are also included.
EXAIR's new Mini Chip Vac System is a compact, powerful vacuum for chips and other dry materials. It is used to clean chips from fixtures, floors and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, saws, mills and other industrial equipment.
The compressed air powered Mini Chip Vac creates a powerful cyclonic action that effectively vacuums metal, wood or plastic chips into the included 5 gallon container. Dusty materials such as absorbents are trapped by the 0.1 micron filter bag to keep the surrounding air clean. No motors to clog or wear out assures long life with virtually no maintenance. The Mini Chip Vac is covered by a five year warranty.
The Mini Chip Vac System includes a shutoff valve, filter bag, 5 gallon container with lid and locking ring, 10' (3m) flexible vacuum hose, aluminum chip wand, (2) extension wands, crevice tool, brush, skimmer and floor tool. Price is $599. Other models that attach to an open top 55 gallon drum are available.
