NTI Introduces Server Environment Monitoring System with Optional 48 VDC Power

Oct-22-2008

AURORA, OH: Network Technologies Inc announces the addition of the ENVIROMUX® Server Environment Monitoring System with Optional 48VDC Power to its popular line of server environment monitoring systems.

Ideal for monitoring conditions in a telecom environment, the ENVIROMUX-SEMS-16-48V accepts 36~72VDC (48 VDC nominal) from one power source, and the ENVIROMUX-SEMS-16-48VDP accepts 36~72VDC (48 VDC nominal) from two power sources. If the first power source fails, the ENVIROMUX-SEMS-16-48VDP will automatically, without interruption, switch over to the second power source before switching to the battery backup.

The ENVIROMUX Server Environment Monitoring System monitors critical environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, liquid water presence, motion, intrusion, and vibration. When a sensor goes out of range of a configurable threshold, the system will notify you via email, LEDs, alarm beacon, web page, network management (SNMP), voice phone calls (via Automatic Voice Dialer System), and SMS messages (via external GSM modem).

Available for immediate sale, the ENVIROMUX-SEMS-16-48V Server Environment Monitoring System with Optional 48VDC Power costs $1,375 each. The ENVIROMUX-SEMS-16-48VDP Server Environment Monitoring System with Optional 48VDC Dual Power costs $1,655 each.

NTI units connect between computers and peripherals, are easy to use, and require no special tools or software for immediate operation. Customer satisfaction is supported with a two-year warranty on all parts and labor and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Responsive customer service and technical support are available to assist with product selection and user questions (800-742-8324, fax 330-562-1999, email sales@ntigo.com).
