Toggle-AireŽ presses are available with tubular eyelet rivet machines. Model 1030-R can handle tubular rivets and eyelets up to 3/8 in. dia in soft steel, brass, or aluminum, while model 1530-R is suited for heavier applications, such as stainless steel. Fully pneumatic rivet machines feature automatic hopper feeders, integrated AC powered cam-belt drive motor, and non-binding jam-free feeding tracks.

Pneumatic Toggle Presses Now Incorporate Fully Automatic Rivet Heads
AIM-Joraco now offers a new series of tubular/eyelet rivet machines for their line of Toggle-AireŽ presses for customers requiring a light to medium duty automatic rivet machine. Each unit offers the same reliability and ease of maintenance as out standard Toggle-Aire press line, and allows our existing customers the convenience of dealing with the same vendor offering interchangeable parts between the rivet machines and theToggle-AireŽ Pneumatic Press line.
AIM-Joraco's model 1030-R can handle tubular rivets and eyelets up to 3/8" diameter in soft steel, brass, or aluminum. The model 1530-R is suited for heavier applications such as Stainless Steel.
The rivet heads can be upgraded to existing Toggle-Aire presses - or- removed from the press to utilize the press for other applications.
AIM-Joraco's Pneumatic Rivet Machines offer Automatic Hopper Feeders with large bowl
capacities. The units are fully pneumatic with an integrated AC Powered Cam-Belt Drive motor for reliable engagement with non-binding/jam-free feeding tracks that come fully tested from the factory..
Toggle-AireŽ Pneumatic Toggle Presses can now be integrated as Automatic Rivet Machines starting at $8,250.00 and up.
