Liquid-to-Liquid Cooling Systems offer quiet operation.

October 13, 2008 - Suited for heat removal applications where space is at premium, Liquid-to-Liquid Cooling Systems provide up to 100,000 W of cooling and can maintain process temperatures up to 60°C with ±0.5°C stability. They transfer waste heat directly to facility's water supply via high-capacity liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger. Temperature is controlled via microprocessor-based controller that automatically compensates for variations in temperature or flowrate of facility water.

Cost-Effective Liquid-to-Liquid Cooling System

o Compact, economical heat removal
o Up to 100,000 watts of cooling using existing facility water
o 5° to 50°C (41° to 122°F) operating temperature range
o Quiet, energy-efficient operation

Niles, IL - A line of compact liquid-to-liquid cooling systems that combine precise temperature control and reliable heat removal with extremely quiet, energy-efficient operation is now available from PolyScience. Designed specifically for heat removal applications where space is at a premium and/or quiet operation a must, PolyScience Liquid-to-Liquid Cooling Systems as much as 100,000 watts of heat removal and can maintain process temperatures up to 60°C (140°F) with ±0.5°C (0.9°F) stability.

PolyScience Liquid-to-Liquid Cooling Systems provide exceptionally economical heat removal for industrial equipment and processes, transferring waste heat directly to the facility's water supply via a high-capacity liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger. There is no compressor to muffle or hot exhaust air to dissipate. Temperature is controlled via a sophisticated microprocessor-based controller that quickly and automatically compensates for variations in the temperature or flowrate of the facility water. Process temperature stability is further enhanced by an integral heater that automatically maintains outlet temperature at setpoint when cooling demand drops.
